“Spartan Endurance is a program and training regiment that I have been teaching for the past two years. My clients lose on average 20 lbs. in their first month. Results vary as some people don’t want to lose weight – they want to tone up and gain some size. We utilize weights at a fast tempo but still use controlled reps. It’s functional training with very little impact so it’s easy on your joints. I am a stickler on form, so you’re not going to see a bunch of lazy, uncontrolled reps. It’s group fitness at an affordable price. I will be able to tailor the program towards your individual goals.” ~Ethan Farmer
